Thankful and Grateful – November 6th

I’m thankful for this moment earlier this year allowing me to capture this moment with a photograph.

A New York Times best-selling author is cheerfully laughing while another author is in a moment of pure happiness with her gorgeous smile. We were cementing the deal for me to create the nonprofit for the Caprock Writers and Illustrators Alliance in Lubbock. Plus, during our long lunch, we talked about books and we shared secrets.

I am getting better at capturing documentary moments of my life, especially of people who I have come to admire and love.

Life is short.

Laugh.

Smile.

Always be kind.

Always be in the moment.

For these two ladies, I am extremely grateful and thankful that I know them and call them friends.
